GENERAL LABORER [$21-$35/hour DOE]

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking General Laborer to join our maintenance and/or installation teams. This role involves assisting with various landscaping and hardscaping projects, including site preparation, material handling, planting, basic construction tasks as well as general landscape maintenance. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape installation and maintenance, including planting, mulching, grading, mowing, string trimming, and bed detail.
  • Help with hardscape projects, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
  • Operate basic hand tools and landscaping equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus but not required.
