LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION LEAD [$35-$50/hour DOE]
Job Description:
We are looking for a Installation Lead to join our team. This role adapts with every project, but installation of landscapes and hardscapes typically involves earthwork, masonry, carpentry, planting, irrigation and lighting. Equipment operation, management experience, and willingness to lead a small crew is highly desired. Any plant, irrigation, or electrical knowledge is a major bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Nurture client, coworker, vendor, subcontractor relationships by communicating effectively, professionally, & respectfully
- Manage a crew of 2-5 people
- Perform site work, demolition, excavation, layout, substrate preparation, nurse log/boulder retaining, drainage
- Installation of concrete/stone patios, walkways, walls
- Construction of decks, railings, fences, arbors, trellises
- Caring for and planting trees/shrubs/groundcovers
- Setting up/retrofitting irrigation and low voltage lighting systems
- Loading/unloading and transportation of materials
- Safe operation of tools, equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work as a team player to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Competence interpreting site plans & construction drawings
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, eye for detail, and acute awareness
- Excavator & skid steer operator proficiency highly desired
- Reliable transportation & use of mobile phone required
- Previous landscaping and/or construction background
- Management/leadership experience

LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CREW [$25-$35/hour DOE]
Job Description:
We are looking for Installation Crew to join our team. This role involves assisting with various landscaping and hardscaping projects, including site preparation, material handling, planting, and basic construction tasks. No prior experience is required – just a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn!
*Knowledge of plants, irrigation, electrical, carpentry, and/or equipment operator experience is desirable!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape installations including earthwork, planting, mulching, irrigation/electrical systems, etc.
- Help with hardscape/carpentry projects, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, arbors, fences, etc.
- Operate basic hand tools and landscaping equipment safely.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Loading/unloading and transportation of materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation & use of mobile phone required

- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus but not required.
